High Acres LandfillHigh Acres Landfill & Recycling Center is a division of Waste Management of New York, LLC. Located on approximately 1,000 acres the facility offers many amenities. The High Acres Landfill began in 1971 and joined the Waste Management family in 1972. The facility provides environmentally responsible solid waste management to the region. The facility is located on the eastern edge of Monroe County in the town of Perinton and crosses over the western border of Wayne County in the town of Macedon. Waste Management is proud to be a partner with both communities. The permitted landfill consists of around 450 acres. This will allow for continued reliable solid waste disposal for the area through 2050!
